Youth Violence Prevention Program (Youth Leadership and Empowerment)
The Youth Violence Prevention (YVP) Program empowers youth aged 12 to 29 in one of Toronto’s most underserved communities by addressing the root causes of violence. Through mentorship, culturally sensitive programming, case management, and system navigation, the YVP Program fosters resilience, provides access to essential resources, and creates safe spaces for personal growth. By focusing on education, employment, and mental health, we not only prevent violence but also inspire youth to build brighter, sustainable futures. This innovative approach strengthens individuals and communities, offering a proven model for impactful, long-term change.
